Over 3500 boxes of banned cigarettes seized in the Wilayat of Seeb
Muscat: Oman Customs seized more than 35,00 restricted and prohibited cigarettes from two trucks in the Wilayat of Seeb.
In a statement Oman Customs said: The General Administration of Customs, represented by the Compliance and Risk Assessment Department, stopped two trucks in the Wilayat of Seeb on suspicion of possessing and transporting restricted and prohibited cigarettes, and seized more than 3,500 cartons of cigarettes, which were hidden in suitcases and wooden boxes.
