Voltamp Energy files a lawsuit against Credit Oman
Muscat: Voltamp Energy has filed a lawsuit against the Oman Export Credit Agency (Credit Oman SAOG) at Al Seeb Court Commercial Circuit
In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “Voltamp Energy SAOG Company would like to disclose to its value shareholders that one of its subsidiary (M/s. Voltamp Transformers Oman SAOC) a Company in which Voltamp Energy SAOG owns 98.8% of its share capital, has filed a lawsuit against the Oman Export Credit Agency (Credit Oman SAOG) at Al Seeb Court Commercial Circuit. The subject matter of the case is that Voltamp Transformers Oman SAOC demanding the payment of an amount RO.400,000 (four hundred thousand) against its insurance claim for export credit.
The hearing is expected to be on 12th Feb 2024, we will disclose any information or developments regarding this lawsuit as soon as it occurs.”
