    • Winners of National Research Award Announced: MoHERI

    Muscat: The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI) announced today the names of the 10 winners of the National Research Award.

    The announcement was made during the activities of Annual Research Forum in its 10th edition, which was held under the patronage of Dr. Hilal Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health. Moreover, the forum included the signing of 32 contracts for the Strategic Research Projects Programme. F

    urther, an exhibition was held on the sidelines of the forum, during which posters of the winner research projects were displayed.

    The exhibition also highlighted success stories from various programmes of the Ministry that are aimed at empowering researchers.

    Meanwhile, two sessions were also held on the effects of research on the industry and academic sector. – ONA
