    • Winners of Reading Competition in North Al Batinah Education Announced

    Sohar: The Directorate General of Education in the Governorate of North Al Batinah today announced the winners of the “Star of Reading” competition at the level of the governorate’s wilayats for the first-cycle students of basic education.

    The number of students who qualified for the final rounds of the competition reached 30 students from various schools in the governorate, where the final rounds were held at Sohar University.

    The “Reading Star” competition aims to encourage students to read and involve the family in this, in addition to achieving the general vision of the competition represented in creating a student community that is reading, educated, creative and aware of what is going on around it.
