Muscat: The Oman National Engineering and Investment Company (ONEC), in cooperation with the Oman Charitable Organization, launched a relief campaign to support Al-Aqsa. This campaign, which will continue until the end of this May, aims to collect financial donations through the application of the company
For his part, the CEO of the company, Dr. Rashid bin Muhammad Al-Ghailani, thanked the Omani Authority for Charitable Activities for its kind initiative and everyone who contributed to the success of the (relief campaign), adding that what we are witnessing these days of aggression against our children and brothers in the Gaza Strip and desecration of Islamic sanctities necessitates us as Omanis. Residents of this good land, to stand with everything we can in order to contribute to the support of the Omani Authority for Charitable Activities, which in turn provides support to the Palestinian people.
The Omani Authority for Charitable Activities also confirmed that the sums collected will go directly to the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, which was affected by the bombing and aggression of the Israeli occupation army.
It is worth noting that the campaign launched by ONEC in cooperation with the Omani Authority for Charitable Activities, was launched on May 14 and the total donations amounted to 100,000 Omani riyals within 72 hours only, noting that the campaign continues to collect donations until the end of this month.
