    Muscat: work contracts in private sectors for omanis and expats must register online in Oman: Ministry of Labour

    In a statement said Ministry of Labour: The Ministry of Labor announced the necessity for employers to commit to electronically registering employment contracts for all their employees through the employment contract registration service on the ministry’s website within a maximum period of 3 months from its date in order to avoid any measures that may be taken in its regard.

    This comes within the framework of preserving and protecting the rights of the employer and the worker and regulating the contractual relationship between them.
