Muscat: The world’s largest floating book fair has returned to the Oman after over a decade, Logos Hope will arrive in Muscat on 13th July and Salalah on 27th July.
The ship, which has 5,000 titles on board and sets sail from Manama, Bahrain, will visit two ports around Oman.
Logos Hope said, we will open the Book Fair in Muscat 14 – 22 July, 2023, Mondays to Saturdays 4 pm – 10 pm (Closed on Sunday) location Port Sultan Qaboos, Ticket price at OMR 0.500 per person (last ticket sold at 9:30 pm).
Book Fair in Salalah 28th of July to 2nd of August, Mondays to Saturdays 4 pm – 10 pm (Closed on Sunday) Location Port of Salalah, Entry only OMR 0.500 per person.
The ship is free to board and houses books spanning different genres and subjects, including science, sports, cookery, arts, medicine, languages and faith, along with children’s books, academic texts, dictionaries and atlases.
There will be mainly english but as well some arabic books said, logos hope.
