Al Faisal Al Zubair Unveils 2026 GT3 Racing Programme
Muscat: Omani international racer Al Faisal Khalid Al Zubair has unveiled his participation program for the 2026 GT3 racing season, alongside the launch of his new Ferrari 296 GT3 car.
Al Zubair will commence his season by competing in the Sprint race at the Misano Circuit in Italy on 6-7 June, alongside Italian driver Davide Fumanelli, with technical collaboration from Dragon Racing team, competing in the Pro category. The season’s program includes participation in the Paul Ricard race in France during 17-19 July, followed by the Italian Monza race during 25-27 September, before concluding the season with the Qatar Endurance Race on 11-12 December.
Al Zubair had previously competed with Al Manar Racing Team in a Ferrari 296 GT3 in races held in Abu Dhabi, where he secured second place in the Pro category. He also took part in the Dubai 24 Hours race. Al Zubair’s first international appearance of the 2026 season is scheduled to take place at the Misano Circuit in Italy this week.
