Arsenal Win Premier League Title for First Time Since 2004

Arsenal End 22-Year Premier League Drought Under Arteta

London: Arsenal have been crowned English Premier League (EPL) champions for the first time since 2004 after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by Bournemouth, confirming the title race with one match remaining in the season.

Arsenal entered the final round with a four-point lead at the top of the table, while Manchester City needed a victory to keep their title hopes alive. However, City’s draw secured the championship for the London club.

The triumph marks Arsenal’s 14th English league title and their first since the 2003-04 “Invincibles” season under former manager Arsène Wenger. It is also the club’s first major trophy since winning the FA Cup in 2020.

Celebrations spread across north London as supporters gathered around Emirates Stadium to mark the achievement, with festivities continuing late into the night.

The title victory came under manager Mikel Arteta, who guided the club back to the top of English football through disciplined performances and consistency throughout the season.
