Gaza Death Toll Rises to 74,249 Since October 2023

Gaza: The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,249 Palestinians, with the number of wounded reaching 175,267, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The ministry said two Palestinians died from wounds sustained earlier, including a paramedic in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip and a child in Khan Younis in the south.

It added that since the ceasefire took effect on 11 October 2025, the death toll has reached 1,467, while 5,151 people have been wounded. The bodies of 836 Palestinians have also been recovered during the same period.

The ministry said the latest figures bring the overall number of casualties since the start of the war on 7 October 2023 to 74,249 deaths and 175,267 injuries.
