Palestinian Martyred, Two Injured in Israeli Strikes and Gunfire in Gaza

Gaza: A Palestinian was martyred and two others were injured today in an Israeli drone strike and gunfire in the central and southern Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources.

The sources reported that a Palestinian was martyred and another sustained critical injuries when an Israeli drone targeted people near the entrance to Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

In southern Gaza, a child was injured after being shot by Israeli forces in Hamad City, north of Khan Younis.

Israeli military vehicles also opened fire on areas east of the Gaza Strip, including displaced persons’ tents in the Asdaa area and surrounding locations, as well as several towers in Hamad City.

Israeli warships also opened fire off the coast of Rafah, while Israeli artillery shelling targeted northern areas of Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

According to the latest figures cited by Palestinian medical sources, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 73,419 martyrs, while 174,364 people have been injured.
