KR Group recognises employees with disabilities on International Day of Sign Language

Muscat: Khimji Ramdas (KR) Group marked the International Day of Sign Language by recognising and celebrating the contributions of 12 employees with disabilities, in an event held at the KR Head Office. The event brought together employees and leadership to honour the dedication, achievements and valuable contributions of the 12 honourees, while highlighting the importance of fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace where every individual has the opportunity to contribute and grow.

As part of its ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, KR Group continues to promote a workplace culture that values employees for their skills, capabilities and contributions, irrespective of ability. The recognition event reflects the Group’s broader focus on creating an environment where accessibility, respect and equal opportunity remain integral to its organisational culture.
