Kuwait Says Air Defence Systems Successfully Intercept Hostile Drones

Kuwait: Kuwait’s air defence systems successfully intercepted hostile drone attacks, the General Staff of the Kuwait Armed Forces announced today.

In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the General Staff confirmed that the explosions heard in certain areas were the result of air defence interception operations.

The statement did not provide further details about the source of the drones or any resulting damage, affirming that the explosions were linked to the successful interception of the aerial threats.
