Lou’ay Al Saadi Wins Oman’s Al Qima eSports Championship

Oman Concludes Al Qima eSports Championship, Crowns National Winners

Muscat: The Oman Games and eSports Committee concluded the two-day Al Qima eSports Championship, bringing together 16 of the country’s top players representing governorates across the Sultanate of Oman.

The championship aimed to support national talent in the rapidly growing esports sector while providing a competitive platform for skilled Omani players to showcase their abilities.

Lou’ay Al Saadi claimed the championship title, while Saleh Al Ghasani secured second place. Fahd Al Kindi finished third.

The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of Hisham bin Juma Al Sinani, Director General of Sports Welfare and Development at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth.

Al Sinani congratulated the winners and participants, praising the efforts behind organizing the tournament. He said the championship reflects the growing commitment to developing Oman’s esports sector and empowering young Omani talent.

Attended by media representatives, the event highlighted the spirit of competition, sportsmanship, and excellence while underscoring the increasing popularity of esports in the Sultanate.
