MSX 30 Gains 0.02% as Trading Value Surpasses RO 23 Million

Muscat:  The MSX 30 Index of the Muscat Stock Exchange closed today at 7,502.53 points, gaining 1.5 points, or 0.02%, compared with its previous close of 7,501.05 points.

The total value of trading reached RO 23.07 million, up 15.3% from RO 20.01 million recorded during the previous trading session.

According to the Muscat Stock Exchange report, the market capitalization increased by 0.050% to approximately RO 38.26 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 3.193 million, representing 13.84% of total trading value, while their sales amounted to RO 3.316 million, equivalent to 14.37%.

As a result, net non-Omani investment declined by RO 123,000, or 0.53%, at the close of trading.
