Oil Prices Fall as Middle East Supply Disruption Fears Ease
Singapore: Oil prices fell in early trading today, extending losses from the previous session as concerns over potential supply disruptions in the Middle East eased.
Brent crude futures declined by $1.24, or 1.2%, to $104.59 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures fell $1.14, or 1.1%, to $101.29 per barrel.
Both benchmark contracts had declined by about $3 per barrel on Wednesday.
