    Rabat: The Omani documentary film “You Will Not Dive Alone” by director Fahd Al Maimani, a member of the Omani Cinema Society, won first place at the International Film Festival of Cinema & Sea in Morocco

    The film reflects a unique artistic journey, and is distinguished by exceptional cinematography and the ability to explore environmental issues in an inspiring way. It talks about the world of the deep seas and oceans in a charming and dazzling way.

    It highlights the heritage of Omani culture, the beauty of nature and marine life in the Daymaniyat Islands. It also tells the story of the Omani sailors Faisal Al-Yazidi and Ahmed Al-Busaidi and their close relationship with this. The magical world where they share their experiences and adventures between land and sea.

    The film delves into the details of this mysterious world and reveals different worlds under the surface of the water, with scenes that take the audience on an exploratory journey into the beauty of the deep sea and marine creatures in the Sultanate of Oman. Several international films from Spain, Russia, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and Iraq participated in the festival.
