Sports Flame 2026 Launches Summer Camp for Children in Muscat

Sports Flame 2026 Kicks Off Children’s Summer Camp in Muscat

Muscat: A summer camp for children has been launched at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre as part of the Sports Flame 2026 programme, offering an integrated experience that combines sports, entertainment, and learning in a safe and engaging environment.

The camp welcomes children from across the Sultanate of Oman and aims to transform the summer holiday into a journey of new experiences, enjoyable challenges, and personal development.

Open to children aged 6 to 14, the camp features a balanced daily programme that includes football, basketball, cricket, and ninja challenge activities, alongside a variety of interactive games designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, focus, and exploration.

The programme also seeks to strengthen children’s communication skills, discipline, responsibility, and self-confidence through activities that combine education with recreation while encouraging social interaction and friendship.

The camp reflects the importance of promoting physical activity among children from an early age and encouraging healthier, more active lifestyles by providing meaningful summer activities that develop both motor and social skills away from sedentary routines.

The initiative supports the objectives of Sports Flame 2026 to enhance quality of life, promote community sports participation, and create enriching experiences that contribute to building a healthier, more active, and more confident generation.

Each day of the camp offers children opportunities to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and create lasting summer memories.
