    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations  His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, on the occasion of the 51st National Day.

    His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for abundant health, happiness and a long life to His Highness, praying to God Almighty to achieve more of the aspirations of the brotherly Emirati people in terms of progress and prosperity under the wise leadership of His Highness.
