Oman Chairs GCC-US Meeting in Riyadh

Riyadh: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Foreign Ministry, today chaired the joint ministerial meeting for strategic partnership between the GCC foreign ministers and the US State Secretary Antony Blinken.

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi chaired the GCC side during the meeting, which was held at the GCC Secretariat General in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The meeting discussed the GCC-US partnership relations and cooperation in the political and economic areas.

The two sides also exchanged visions on a set of regional and international issues of common concern.

The meeting stems from the joint keenness to support all endeavors that aim at reaching peaceful solutions for different crisis in a way that maintains security and stability. – ONA
