Third Round of Arab Beach Volleyball Championship to Be Held in Oman
Manama: The Sultanate of Oman will host the third round of the 31st Arab Men’s and 21st Arab Women’s Beach Volleyball Championship, as part of the Arab Volleyball Federation’s competition calendar for 2026.
The first round of the championship will be hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt, while the second round will take place in the Kingdom of Morocco. The dates for the three rounds will be announced at a later stage.
This was announced by the Arab Volleyball Federation during its disclosure of the tournaments and competitions scheduled for 2026, which include events for national teams and clubs, in both indoor and beach volleyball, for men and women, to be held across several Arab countries.
In indoor volleyball competitions, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will host the first Arab Women’s National Teams Championship (Under 18) from 18 to 29 July 2026, while the second Arab Men’s National Teams Championship (Under 17), for players born in 2008, will be hosted by the Republic of Iraq from 6 to 16 August 2026.
Jordan will also host the 24th Arab Men’s National Teams Championship from 8 to 18 October 2026.
The Arab Volleyball Federation launched its 2026 sports season with the organization of the 11th Arab Men’s Club Championship, which was held in the Republic of Tunisia from 6 to 18 January, marking a strong start to the Federation’s annual competition program.
