Oman Oil Exports Rise to 76.8 Million Barrels Despite Price Drop

Oman Oil Production and Exports Increase in Early 2026

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman’s oil exports increased by 2.5 percent to reach 76.85 million barrels by the end of March 2026, compared to 74.97 million barrels during the same period in 2025.

Preliminary data issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) indicated that the average oil price declined by 16.5 percent to USD 62.9 per barrel, compared to USD 75.3 per barrel in the corresponding period last year.

Average daily oil production rose by 4.8 percent to 1.034 million barrels per day, compared to 986,800 barrels per day.

Total oil production also recorded an increase of 4.8 percent, reaching 93.09 million barrels by the end of March 2026, compared to 88.81 million barrels during the same period in 2025.
