MSX 30 Drops 57 Points as Trading Value Climbs to RO 75.5 Million
Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) “30” index closed today at 8,334.27 points, down by 57 points, or 0.68 percent, compared to the previous session’s close of 8,391.67 points.
The total trading value reached RO 75,506,894, marking an increase of 6.8 percent from the last trading session, which recorded RO 70,685,558.
According to the Muscat Stock Exchange report, market capitalization declined by 0.620 percent to approximately RO 38.31 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 4,721,000, representing 6.25 percent of total trading activity, while sales stood at RO 5,385,000, or 7.13 percent. Net non-Omani investment decreased by RO 663,000, a drop of 0.88 percent.
