Bank Muscat and Riyada Organize SME Panel Discussions Across Oman

Muscat:  Bank Muscat, in cooperation with the SMEs Development Authority “Riyada”, organized a series of panel discussions in Muscat, Sohar and Salalah as part of efforts to support the growth of small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate of Oman.

The initiative comes within the bank’s plans to strengthen the role of the SME sector in the national economy, increase its contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP), and support the employment of national talent.

The discussions form part of a broader series of sessions linked to new initiatives dedicated to developing the SME sector and supporting business sustainability and expansion.

Bank Muscat stated that the initiative aims to strengthen cooperation with entrepreneurs and establish strategic partnerships with entities supporting the SME sector in Oman.

The bank affirmed its commitment to working alongside “Riyada” and other public and private sector institutions to provide a business environment that supports enterprise growth and development.

Bank Muscat also continues to provide integrated banking services and solutions tailored to SMEs, including financing facilities, digital banking services, financial consultations, training programs and entrepreneurship support initiatives.

The bank emphasized the importance of the SME sector as one of the key contributors to economic diversification and sustainable development in the Sultanate of Oman.
