ROP Arrests Seven Suspects Linked to Livestock Theft in North Al Batinah
Muscat: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command of the Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested seven individuals with prior criminal records for allegedly stealing more than 130 heads of livestock from a number of farms and estates in the wilayats of Sohar, Suwayq and Al Khaboura.
The suspects were apprehended following investigations into a series of livestock thefts reported in the governorate.
The Royal Oman Police stated that legal procedures against the suspects are being completed in preparation for referring them to the competent authorities.
