Oman and Zanzibar Explore Means of Cooperation in ICT

Muscat: Eng. Said Hamoud Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology met here today with Dr. Khalid Salum Mohammed, Minister of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport of Zanzibar.

The meeting came within the framework of the official visit paid by Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar to the Sultanate of Oman.

The two sides explored means of cooperation in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). They also reviewed several matters of mutual interest.
