Over 33,000 register online for Hajj 2023, including 3606 expats

Muscat: Over 33,000 people including 3606 expatriates, have registered online for Hajj 2023 so far, according to the Ministry of Endowment and Religious Affairs (MERA).

In a statement META said: 33,536 the total number of Hajj applications submitted through the electronic system to perform Hajj rituals for the 1444 AH season with the closure of registration, of which 29,930 applications were from Omanis, and 3,606 applications were from residents of the Sultanate of Oman.
