    • Audi Oman Launches ‘The Circle’ Loyalty Card for Customers

    Muscat: Audi Oman, represented by Premium Motors, officially launched its exclusive loyalty programme, The Circle, on May 15, 2023. The programme offers a range of benefits and exclusive privileges for existing Audi customers in Oman.

    The Circle loyalty programme is valid on Audi cars with a maximum age of 10 years. Members will have access to various benefits, including a 30% discount on engine oil, a 15% discount on service parts, and up to 25% off on many spare parts for repairs carried out at Audi Oman service centres and workshops.

    Additionally, members can enjoy referral benefits by referring a new Audi customer to Premium Motors for any repairs. They will receive 10% of the labour value as an incentive, which can be redeemed during their next car service/repairs at Premium Motors. Members will also receive a special rate of OMR 25 for car polish for all models and a 15% discount on accessories if no existing promotion is running.

    The Circle loyalty programme is valid until December 31, 2023. To activate the card, owners need to submit a valid car registration card and membership card every time to the service advisor. Membership can be held in the owner’s name or that of their mother, father, brother, or sister. Service and repairs can be scheduled only by appointment. The warranty will be as per the warranty manual, and any modification or tuning will void the warranty. The loyalty programme is subject to other terms and conditions as well.

Spread across three floors and designed in accordance with global standards and corporate identity, the 10,000 square meter space comprises a bespoke showroom and premium service and spare parts facility. The facility is equipped with dedicated consulting areas and an exclusive new car delivery area to ensure a premium, seamless, and exciting experience for all Audi owners.
