    • Shura Council Elections: Interiors Minister Visits ROP’s Civil Status Department

    Muscat: Sayyid Hamoud Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior and some members of the Main Committee of the Shura Council’s 10th term elections paid a visit today to the Civil Status Department at the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

    They were received upon their arrival by Lt.Gen. Hassan Mohsin Al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs.

    During the visit, they viewed the process of electronic linking of the electoral register to the civil status register.

    At the end of the visit, Sayyid Hamoud expressed his thanks to all personnel of ROP’s Civil Status Department for their efforts. – ONA
