Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs, leaves the country heads Qatar to head the delegation of the Sultanate of Oman at the 44th summit of leaders of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which will be held later today.
