Qatari referee Abdulrahman Al Jassim nominated to officiate final

Muscat: The Referees Committee of the Arabian Gulf Cup Federation has assigned a Qatari referee to officiate the match between Bahrain and Oman in the final of the 26th edition of the competition. According to Al Kass channels, Abdulrahman Al Jassim (referee), Saud Ahmed (assistant referee), Taleb Salem (assistant referee), and Khamis Al Marri (video referee) were appointed.

Football fans in the Gulf region in particular and the Arab world in general are anticipating the identity of the team that will win the title of this edition hosted by the State of Kuwait, when the Omani team meets its Bahraini counterpart next Saturday at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, in an unpredictable match during which the two teams are looking forward to sealing the conclusion and lifting the Gulf title after the most prominent teams that were candidates to compete for the title were eliminated from the first rounds or in the semi-finals.
