A’Seeb Club Crowned Champion of HM The Sultan’s Youth Cup 2023–2024
Muscat: A’Seeb Club was crowned winner of His Majesty the Sultan’s Youth Cup for the 2023–2024 sports season, during a ceremony held today under the auspices of Eng. Salim Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals.
Salalah Club secured second place, while Saham Club came third. Oman Club ranked fourth and Al Basha’ir Club fifth.
As part of the Omani Sports Strategy awards, four clubs were also honoured for their excellence in various strategic fields: Taqa Club for the Activities pillar, Qurayat Club for the Economy pillar, Fanja Club for the Governance of Sports Bodies, and Al Amerat Club for the Sports and Sustainable Environment pillar.
The ceremony featured a visual presentation showcasing the development stages of His Majesty the Sultan’s Youth Cup over recent years, in addition to an outline of the new assessment system introduced earlier this year (2025).
