16 Missing After Nine-Story Building Collapse in Angeles City

Manila: The death toll from the collapse of a nine-story building under construction in Angeles City in the Philippines has risen to four, while 16 others remain missing and are feared trapped under the rubble, according to Philippine emergency officials.

The building collapsed at dawn yesterday in Balibago village in Angeles City, located about 80 kilometers north of the capital, Manila.

Rescue and emergency teams continue search and recovery operations at the site.
