First meeting after the appointment, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning with officials

Muscat: His Excellency Dr. Khalfan Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, held a meeting with the Ministry’s officials, during which he discussed the upcoming directions to keep pace with the implementation of the “Oman 2040”

The meeting also discussed the vision and to development housing services to an advanced level that achieves the aspirations of youth in line with the National Strategy for Urban Development.

His Excellency Dr. Khalfan Al-Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the new phase is an ambitious one, the pillars of which are “implementation and sustainability” to achieve aspirations, develop services and move them to advanced stages.

He said through a tweet ” that he will work in the ministry as a team, adding, “We will work hard to make the stations of our journey a difference in Urban Planning and the making of the place.”

The appointment of His Excellency Dr. Khalfan Al-Shuaily as Minister of Housing and Urban Planning was made pursuant to Royal Decree No. 111/2020 to form the Council of Ministers.
