HH Sayyid Fahd returns from 44th GCC Summit in Qatar

Muscat: HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Minister returned back home after heading the Sultanate of Oman’s delegation in the 44th GCC Summit, which was held in Doha, the State of Qatar.

Upon his arrival, HH Sayyid Fahd was received by Sheikh Al Fadhl Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information, Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and Dr. Hilal Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health.

After the conclusion of the summit, HH Sayyid Fahd has sent cables of thanks to the leadership in Qatar. In the cables, he expressed his appreciation for the hospitality accorded to him and his accompanying delegation.

Moreover, HH Sayyid Fahd was accompanied during the summit by an official delegation comprising Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sa’eedi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Sayyid Ammar bin Abdullah Al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Qatar and Abdullah bin Khalfan Al Balushi, Head of the Private Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers.
