    MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik – left this morning, heading to the State of Kuwait to offer condolences on the death of the late Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah – May God rest his soul.
