Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, received Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, in Doha on Tuesday.

In a statement Oman news agency said: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God protect and preserve him, receives at his residence in Doha Gianni Infantino, President of the International Football Association “FIFA” as part of the “State” visit that His Majesty is paying to the sisterly State of Qatar.

During the meeting, areas of cooperation and ways to enhance and develop them were reviewed between the concerned authorities in the Sultanate of Oman in the field of football and the International Football Association “FIFA”.
