    • His Majesty Sultan orders free laptops to students from low-income families

    Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik – may God protect him and take care of him – gave his noble directions to provide laptop computers to all new students enrolled in higher education institutions for the academic year (2021/2020 ) from the families of social insurance and low-income.

    A statement issued by the private office declaring that this generous gesture by His Majesty “may God keep him” comes to enhance the capabilities of his students in the field of information technology and digital communication to keep pace with modern education methods and means and distance education.
