Muscat: The Ibri, Dhofar and Al-Nasr clubs have completed the contract for the teams qualifying for the quarter-finals of His Majesty the Sultan’s Football Cup for the 2023/2024 sports season.
Ibri qualified after defeating Al-Rustaq 1-0 in the match held at Al-Rustaq Complex, while Al-Nasr qualified at the expense of Al-Tali’ah after winning 1-5 over Sur Complex, and Dhofar qualified after eliminating Saham in the match held at Al-Saada Stadium with a score of 1-2.
The quarter-finals, which are held in a home-and-away format, witness strong confrontations, starting with the matches between Al-Seeb, Al-Nahda, Fanja, and Al-Nasr, and on the other side, they meet with Hala, Ibri, Dhofar, and the Oman Club.
The first-leg matches for the quarter-finals will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, November 1 and 2, while the return matches will be held on Thursday and Friday, November 30 and December 1.
