“Live Oman” Initiative Targets Global Investors and Buyers in London
London: The British capital, London, will host the “Live Oman” initiative on September 21, aimed at showcasing urban development projects and investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman to an international audience. The event will continue for several days.
The initiative seeks to provide direct access to global investors and buyers, in line with the strategic directions of Oman’s unified promotional identity, and to position the Sultanate as an integrated destination for living, investment, tourism and business growth.
Oman enters the forum with a range of competitive advantages, including its ranking third globally in the quality of life index and its classification among the world’s safest and most stable countries. The Sultanate also has more than 2,000 kilometres of coastline and is linked through more than 105 international trade agreements with markets across Asia, Africa and Europe.
The “Live Oman” pavilion will showcase a range of ownership and investment opportunities, with the participation of a number of Omani real estate developers. Featured projects include Sultan Haitham City, Al Thuraya City and Muscat Bay, in addition to investment opportunities available in the Sultanate’s free zones.
The initiative adopts an international marketing model focused on direct engagement with target markets through business meetings and closed sessions bringing developers together with decision-makers in the British market. The programme targets more than 55 locations, including private members’ clubs, luxury hotels and wealth management offices in Mayfair, Marylebone and Belgravia.
Held under the slogan “Reimagine Your Future”, the initiative presents a concept reflecting the quality of life in Oman, highlighting the balance between tranquillity, nature, quality of life and growth. It also seeks to attract investors and buyers looking for stability, secure ownership and an environment that respects cultural privacy.
The initiative is supported through coordination with the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in London on protocol matters and engagement with British investment entities.
Through the initiative, Oman seeks to promote an integrated urban and investment proposition that extends beyond traditional real estate marketing, presenting the Sultanate as a global destination combining security, economic opportunities and sustainable development.
