Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange MSX 30 Index closed today’s trading session at 7,704.67 points, down 34.8 points, marking a 0.45 percent decline from the previous close of 7,739.43 points.
Trading value rose to RO 89,917,190, reflecting a 22.6 percent increase compared to the previous session’s RO 73,323,694.
Market capitalization declined by 0.418 percent from the last trading day, reaching approximately RO 37.07 billion, according to the official report issued by the Exchange.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 3,584,000, representing 3.99 percent of total trading activity. Meanwhile, their sales amounted to RO 6,127,000, accounting for 6.81 percent of overall trades.
As a result, net non-Omani investment registered an outflow of RO 2,543,000, equivalent to 2.83 percent of total trading value.
