Oman Cancer Association to Host Charity Golf Tournament in October

Muscat (ONA): Oman Cancer Association (OCA) held a press conference today to announce the details of a charity golf tournament, organized as part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to support cancer patients and their families, while raising public awareness about the disease and the critical importance of early detection.

The tournament is scheduled to take place on 3 October at the Lavie Golf Course, Tivoli Hotel, with participation from golfers, corporates, sponsors, media partners, and community members. All proceeds will be allocated to support the Association’s programs and services for cancer patients and their families.

The tournament is held within the framework of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month activities, and aims to synergize sports and charitable work while fostering community engagement in the fight against cancer and promoting awareness of prevention and early detection.
