Oman denied the validity of a message circulating about the start of the academic year.
In official Twitter account “OmanvcCovid-19 denied the rumours circulating on the start of the new academic year 2020/2021.
The account said: We would like to clarify that the message circulating about announcing the start of the academic year does not belong to the Sultanate, as this has not been announced yet, and the competent authorities will officially announce in a timely manner.
The Ministry of Education called on society to participate in determining the appropriate educational alternative from among it has identified.
The Ministry of Education said it has launched a survey to the community to fill out the questionnaires, that more than 37,000 people took part in this survey and which ended today after for 17 hours survey time only.
