The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, participates in the 15th International Agricultural Exhibition in Morocco, which was inaugurated under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. The event, which is taking place between May 2 until May 7, 2023, under the theme “Generation Green: for a sustainable food sovereignty”.
The delegation of the Sultanate of Oman was represented by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Bakri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources for Agriculture and a number of specialists in the Ministry. About 1,400 exhibitors from 68 countries participated. During this session, developments in the agricultural sector were discussed, in light of global developments and climate-related challenges.
