Real Estate Companies in Oman Invited to Compete in 2026 Awards
Muscat: The Oman Real Estate Association today announced the launch of the second edition of the “Oman Real Estate Awards” during a press conference held in Muscat.
The Association stated that the award aims to promote excellence in the real estate sector based on performance and sustainable impact through evaluation criteria focusing on project quality, innovation and sustainability.
The announcement comes as the Sultanate of Oman witnesses continued urban growth and development in major real estate projects.
Hassan bin Khamis Al Ruqaishi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Real Estate Association, said that the second edition of the award reflects efforts to enhance competitiveness in the sector and establish standards of excellence and innovation among market participants.
He added that the award seeks to recognize outstanding projects and companies, encourage innovation, support real estate investment, and highlight best practices in project development, design and implementation.
Al Ruqaishi explained that the award targets real estate development companies, engineering and architectural offices, brokerage firms and financing companies operating in the sector.
The organizing committee has launched a dedicated website for submissions, with registration open until 20 June 2026.
