Muscat: For the first time Oman’s Coronavirus Covid-19 cases exceeds 100,000 cases.
Oman has reported today 2,685 Covid-19 new cases, 1768 new recoveries, with 42 new deaths for 5 days from 29th September to 3rd October 2020
Ministry of Health announced the total number of COVID-19 cases recorded in the Sultanate is 101,270 with the total deaths to 977 by 0.9% and the recovered cases at 90,296 bring the recovery rate to 89.1% as of 4th October 2020.

The total number of Patients Admitted to ICU – 210
The total number of patients Admitted to Health Institutions – 560
Ministry calls upon everyone to continue to strictly adhere to wearing face masks, avoid group activities and gathering, keep physical distancing of at least 2 meters and maintain hand hygiene along with other preventive measures in order to curb the spread of Coronavirus covid-19
