Oman Takes Part in SIMEC 2024 in Riyadh

Riyadh: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources is currently taking part in Saudi International Marine Exhibition (SIMEC 2024).

The event aims to support aquaculture and fisheries techniques and seeks to highlight the importance of fisheries. Oman’s participating delegation is led by Eng. Yaqoub Khalfan Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources for Fisheries.

The exhibition seeks to discuss the main topics and issues in the field of aquaculture and fisheries on the international scene. The event is an opportunity to exchange knowledge that contributes to developing the industry and enhancing the technology used in this vital sector.
