Muscat: The Omani welcomed yesterday the changes made by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik – may God protect him – in the state administration and the almost comprehensive change in the composition of the Council of Ministers in an indicator that reflects the aspiration of Omanis to a new stage of productive national work and the dedication of the competency approach.

It was revealed by the biographies of the officials included in the royal decrees. Citizens described on social media the new government with a young government, efficiency and responsibility, and called on the new officials to be honest and sincere in work and to present results after they had the high confidence.

A number of ministers took the initiative to thank the citizens, who congratulated them on the sublime mandate, pledging to God Almighty for their work, dedication and sincerity in order to achieve His Majesty the Sultan’s future vision and the advancement of the country for a better future.
