Below are the details from the press conference meet: discussion starts

1, Minister of Health: The recovery rate decreased from 94% to 91% due to the increase in Covid-19 cases.

2, Minister of Health: We receive letters and complaints about non-compliance, and some officials have neglected the application of prevention guidelines.

3, Minister of Health: The opening of the first part of the field hospital will take place within the next two weeks, with 100 beds, and the hospital will be expanded to all governorates of the Sultanate.

4, Minister of Health: The reason for the high cases is not a deficiency in the procedures of government institutions or the commitment of individuals, but there are groups that do not adhere to the preventive measures, they continue holding parties in farms, houses, closed places and gathering in beaches and public places.

5, Minister of Health: The Sultanate has reserved 10% of the required vaccinations in the international federation of vaccines and immunization system, we hope to get some doses before the end of this year

6, Minister of Health: There is still no vaccine approved by the World Health Organization, there are some companies that have reached the final stage testing the vaccine

7, Minister of Health: Last week, we lost a health worker due to Coronavirus Covid 19.

8, Minister of Health:  There is a circulation of misinformation and rumours that must be refuted, the media should fight malicious and misleading messages and refute them with facts.

9, Minister of Health: The return of employees and the opening of commercial activities is one of the factors causing the spread of the virus, but the main factor in the increase in the number of infected cases is due to lack of compliance with precautionary measures and social distancing.

10, Minister of Health: Please do not share some clips that show methods of treating the virus.

11, Minister of Health: Anyone who has symptoms (fever, cough, blister, cough) Corona is promised until proven otherwise, regardless of whether or not he performed the examination.

17, Minister of Health: For how long will we expand into the intensive care beds while we still do not adhere to the preventive measures.

18, Minister of Health: The most important indicators for knowing the seriousness of the epidemic do not include the number of examinations that are conducted, but rather the number of hospitalizations and intensive care cases.
