On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham, Sayyid Fahd arrives in Saudi Arabia to attend GCC Summit

Muscat: On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik,  His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said arrives in Al-Ula in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to lead the Sultanate’s delegation participating in the 41st Summit of GCC leaders.

Upon his arrival, he made a press statement in which he affirmed his honor to lead the Sultanate’s delegation on behalf of His Majesty the Great and conveyed the greetings of His Majesty “May God bestow him” to his fellow leaders, coupled with good wishes for the conference for success in achieving the desired goals.

His Highness demonstrates that the changes and developments  witnessed in the regional and international arenas require coordination of positions and the identification of the best means to deal with challenges in order to preserve the interests of the region and achieve the aspirations of the Gulf peoples for a better future dominated by stability and security

He explains that the Cooperation Council has achieved many achievements at all levels, which requires it to make more efforts to promote development in all sectors in support of the gains made since the establishment of the Council in 1971.

His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs affirms that the Sultanate continues its support for the march of the Cooperation Council and expresses its appreciation to the leadership, government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. -ONA
